Bakrajo Tower

 Bakrajo tower project is a mix used tower as it contains of 25 floor and having a function of commercial, residential, multi-story car parking and serves. the project is located on bakrajo road-Sulaymaniyah City, which  have the ground floor designed to be commercial (shops and cafés). 1st,2nd and 3rd floor are car parking. The 4th floor designed to have the services, GYM and cafe also having a green roof and landscape that will have a beautiful view on the city, the rest of the 20 floor are residential with different type and flats area . the design of the tower that have a modern touch and elements at the same time took in consideration the sustainability by providing a courtyard which help for natural ventilation and block direct sun beside it used as landscape and green roof
